Warranty Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic US purchases only: Adelia will replace skincare devices eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new device comes with a one year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through this site, returned within the warranty dates, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@adeliaelle.com. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be exchanged via email. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will replace your device with merchandise of equal or better quality.
